Why document not told the version it depends

For example，
Where i can know, the document is for scala 3.0 or 3.1 ? or 3.0.1.

It not told us the right version of Scala.

Scala is growing, the document more or less out of sync ?

Can we know what’s the different between Scala version?

Hey thank you for raising this issue!

For a precise answer, the content of the Scala 3 book hasn’t changed (except for correcting typos in the text) since 3.0.0 was released.

Moving forward, as documentation authors we should consider how to make it clear which versions examples are tested against.

I suggest we should tag document within scala version , for example ,

document tag/branch 2.17.x. matched scala 2.17.0 ~ 2.17.99
