Following the acceptance decision of the last SIP meeting, the fewerBraces functionality will be standard from Scala 3.3. It will not require a language import anymore. If things go as planned, Scala 3.3 is expected to be released as an RC in about 6 weeks and as a final version 6 weeks after that. This early announcement is intended to give other tooling authors some time to adapt.
