New Scalameta release is on Maven Central with the support for 2.13.4 - https://github.com/scalameta/scalameta/releases/tag/v4.4.0
Metals support is also merged and released under a new snapshot. We plan on doing a full release tomorrow.
There have been no reports of regressions – so far!

As a temporary workaround, I think it should be OK to use scalafix-testkit_2.13.3
directly from a 2.13.4 project.
