Scala 3.1.1-RC2 is ready for testing. We have decided to delay the full release of 3.1.1 slightly and not rush it just before the holiday season. Also, #13777 needed to be fixed and tested.
This release brings mentioned fix, smaller fixes in Scaladoc, and allows for dual Scala 2/3 macro definitions in non-experimental scopes.
The full release is scheduled for the early January.
