We have published the second release candidate for scala 3.1.2. The release is bringing backports to a few bug fixes.

This release also renames output-version settings to make them more consistent. The new naming scheme was suggested and discussed here.
If there are no new bugs introduced in this release candidate, the stable release of 3.1.2 is expected around March 11.
