Conclusions:

  2. 3.3.9-RC1 is on maven central, will be release by friday.
  3. Some libraries are already updating, we haven’t found any large issues.
  4. We can go ahead and set 5 maximum PRs for outside contributors without write access.
  5. Nightlies should NOT have experimental version set.
  6. We already have an option to use that we should set when building standard library. A toggle feature is planned in the future.
  7. The PR has been approved pending normal review process.
  8. SIP-72 will be experimental in 3.10 and preview 3.11. The earliest it will become stable is 3.12.
  9. SIP-77 can be merged as experimental for 3.10.1
