Proposed agenda:

  1. By-name implicits SIP by Miles Sabin.
  2. Scala 3 syntactic batch: delayed init, procedure syntax, XML literals, auto application and early initializers (by Jorge Vicente).
  3. Scala 3 new types: Intersection types, Union types, Type lambdas, Implicit Function Types, Dependent Function Types (by Martin Odersky).
